Average to good food, average to poor interior. Much better than the other Chinese place in town. No service, get your own drinks.

The food was terrible. I think they took a bag of sugar and mixed it in with every container of food we got. It was sickeningly sweet.

They delivered to the truck stop, that's always a great thing. The food was ok though. My Mongolian beef was super chewy...(YIKES!!!) the rest of the food that I ordered was ok as well. Meh... Might not order from here again...?

Very unfriendly, rushed us out, and kept really old food out. Walked in and they told us if we were going to eat the buffet that we had to be done in 15 minutes. Met us at the front door and seemed reluctant to even serve us at all. We won't be coming back.

Order take out and it gets filled from the buffet. Dry, cold, and the worst was it brought on a bout of food poisoning for 24 hours for the three of us that ate sesame chicken. Piss poor food handling and service. Aren't restaurants in VA to be monitored and graded by the health department? Regardless, will never return or recommend. My family has never been so ill.

My husband and I were looking for a Chinese food restaurant in the area because we were staying at the KOA nearby. It took us forever to find somewhere with good reviews. This place has about half bad and half good reviews. We we got there they had many people in the dining area. We decided to order to go. The prices are okay and the food was not bad. I'm glad we tried it instead of going by the reviews. Now we have a place we can get Chinese food from when we are camping and it is raining.

Food is pretty good. Would like a bit more choice. The decor, paint etc could use an update.

All these negative comments are too hard to look at. I've been here more than a sufficient amount of times to know that this is not a place of bad food and poor service.

The food is ok not amazing but enough to satisfy your Chinese cravings. We were passing through and decided to stop by. The reviews on here is not all wrong the building definitely need updating but the food is good. You do have to get your own drinks here but I'm used to self-service anyway. When you need it, fill up your own drinks. Ready to leave? Go to the register to pay. Fyi, there is no ice cream or sushi here but all you can eat buffet and drink!

Great food at a reasonable price

Lunch buffet cost is very reasonable at $8.95, including unlimited beverages.The service is minimal, server showed me to a table. That's it. I had to grab my own drinks or extra utensils and napkins. Plates piled up on tables until they were cleared after guests left.The unlimited beverages, soda fountain located towards front of restaurant.Unfortunately, it tasted as they hadn't cleaned it in a while, the sodas themselves were noticeably watered down.The food was mediocre and highly salted. The dumplings were dry, the sweet and sour sauce tasted more like ketchup, the meats were low quality. I more than once had to sneak a chewy piece or cartilage from my mouth into a napkin.The dining room itself felt dirty. The carpet was highly stained, my table didn't appear to be wiped down before I was seated. The decor was old and worn. My impression was that of a restaurant on its last legs.

One of the better buffets I've been to, our host seated us quickly and told us where everything was. The buffet itself had 4 islands with a nice variety of standard fare, but it was all relatively fresh and good tasting, not soggy or stale. They even had fortunate cookies on the buffet, which is a huge bonus for me. A Really nice place that I think you'll enjoy

The absolute worst I've ever been to food with dried out if it was even out at all had to completely serve yourself including drinks and clean your dirty plates yourself If I could give it a -5 stars I would waited at the counter to pay over 10 minutes while 2 people sat on bar stools taking Togo orders Which they filled from the buffet line We are from out of state travel this way fair amount I will never stop there or recommend anybody else to stop

I stay often at the hotels nearby for work, and at least once a week I will order delivery from them. Its been easily 20+ times i have had food from there, and i have never had something wrong or bad. Delivery is usually quick, and the food is always delicious,Favorites are Crab Rangoon, Pepper Steak, and Honey Chicken

The food is great, the variety is pretty good. The food was a little salty and I miss having a server. Otherwise the best in town!

We were stuck in this area while traveling and were starving by the time we found a hotel. The person at the front desk suggested Hong Kong Kitchen (the fact that they delivered to the hotel was another plus) so we ordered several things to increase the probability of getting something we like. It arrived much quicker than expected, and was fresh and hot. Everything was absolutely delicious! My pork loin mein was filled with meat and veg. The spareribs we're big and meaty, with just the right balance of sauce. The portions were very generous, too. I wish Hong Kong Kitchen was in my neighborhood - it's fantastic!

Ordered delivery today from here and we had restrictions because of our Keto diet. I have to say it was some of the best Chinese food we've had in a very long time. Food was prepared exactly the way I ordered it and was delicious! Thank you guys!!!!!

Seat yourself. Get your own drink, and make a plate from an amazing buffet. Cheap and awesome.

Absolutely terrible!! the manager is extremely rude and delivered food 2 hours late and refused to give me a refund or even a discount.

It's pretty good but they need to serve come unsweetened tea for diabetics. They charge you for a glass of water.

We come to eat here, the entire staff were not happy, no smiles,no conversation! What the hell do they need waitresses for? They Do Absolutely Nothing! The main Chinese lady acts like your trying to steal. This place should be Shut Down! Will Not Ever Be Back! If there was an option to give no stars, that's what I'd pick.

Sometimes the food isn't the greatest. If you go when they are busy, they will always have fresh food on the bar. No wait staff, very little to no service. Building also needs an upgrade.

Ate here on my way through Virginia. Would never wish my stomach's experience on anyone else. Can't pinpoint what it was but I ate mostly chicken and I'm pretty sure some was undercooked. I feel like I drank an entire handle of liquor by myself this morning; like a walking pepto commercial. Nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, and diarrhea. Add in dizziness and a massive headache. I would avoid this place, but hopefully I just had a rare bad experience? The food really wasn't to brag about anyways, so I'd have given it 2-3 * without the sickness.Edit: My son also had a severe case of diarrhea.
